Energy Aunt
LET ME BE YOUR ENERGY AUNT!
Answering questions, providing support and holding space for you energetically as you work on your energy.

As I have progressed along my spiritual path, I have realised how important it has been to have a good support system around me, and have those friends and energy peers, who I can contact for a chat and advice when I have been working through something energetically.
I have always offered continuing support to my clients, welcoming emails, and texts with any questions that they may have, and have always really enjoyed this aspect of the service that I am providing.
On this basis, I am now offering my ‘Energy Aunt’ service (as opposed to Agony Aunt!!).
To qualify you need to have had a session with me in any of the modalities I offer, so that we have met and I have connected to your energy, and know a little of the issues that you are working through.
I charge £15 per month for the service, payable on the 1st of each month. For that you can email and text me as much as you like with any questions that you have on energy work, and I will reply to you and support you whenever required. If I consider that you would benefit from a further session or energy management session, then I will advise you of that, and this is payable in addition. Obviously, this is not compulsory and no further sessions are required to continue with this service unless you wish to have them.
I love being able to answer questions, hold space and support you on your journeys, no matter what you are dealing with, and can offer advice and suggestions. I can also regularly ‘check-in’ remotely on your energy and give you any insights that come to me.

Reiki/Reiki Drum
Reiki is a beautiful gentle energy which is good for relaxation, insomnia, emotional and physical ailments. This is a no touch modality which will leave you feeling relaxed and centred. If using the drum, which has been attuned to Reiki, then the additional beat resets your brainwave state to that of peace.

Full teaching days usually in small groups or one to one. Full tuition in each level of Usui reiki, Full Manual and Certificate provided. Ongoing email support and access to regular shares.

Parent and Child Reiki 1
2 three hour morning sessions where parent and child are attuned to Reiki 1 energy together. This is an amazing way to bond with your child, and to provide you and your child with additional tools for navigating life. Reiki does not prevent life happening to you but does help the way that you react to life events.
£200 all inclusive
Non-refundable deposit of £50 payable on booking.
Earth Vibrational Healing
A lovely addition to any Reiki tool box being given in a similar format as any Reiki lineage in the form of instructions and attunements. We explore the beautiful frequencies of trees and the corresponding Ogham alphabet symbols, crystals and how their vibrations affect us and the power of symbols as tools to unlocking different healing frequencies. £150 per day

Past Life Regression Sessions
Powerful sessions that allow you to see what you were or did in a Past Life. These sessions can explore your strengths in those lives and connect to the energy of your highest potential, they can also help to resolve and release fears, emotions and phobias that are bleeding into your current life, and affecting the way that you more forward and make decisions.
These sessions are very effective for an individual specific issue, and for general issues such as procrastination, lack of self-worth and self- confidence. They are very direct and often go straight to the root of a problem. Physical ailments can also be related to emotions held in our body, and therefore these sessions can assist physical issues greatly.
£80 per session
First session usually 11/2 to 2 hours as this includes a chat about the issue or issues involved and what to expect from the session. £20 non-refundable deposit on booking.

A lovely new healing modality in which you are guided to send loving compassion to the parts of you that are struggling and need assistance, whether that is when you were in the womb, as a child or during your adult life. It’s an excellent way to resolve inner trauma and conflict helping you to feel more balanced and centred.

Soul Continuum Healing
A very powerful additional course most affective for those eager to progress their own understanding of their life purpose and path. We delve deeply into your own inner workings and clarify the path ahead. Individual sessions are arranged until the course has been completed. As this work is very deep it is taken purely at the speed of the client. There are approximately 6 one hour sessions with continual support and guidance, although in some cases this may be more.
£400 payable at the start of the course
Once payment is received we arrange the first session at the convenience of the client.
Hypnosis Sessions
Hypnotherapy is incredibly effective for a range of problems and issues including phobias, stress points, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, smoking, weight issues or childhood issues.
£75 per initial session to include a talk about the issue and what to expect
Subsequent sessions £45. A non-refundable deposit is payable on booking.
Energy Management Sessions
Energy management is essential for our overall wellbeing. This session looks at how your energy is flowing, whether there is any stagnation, removing any blocks, looking at your chakras and tears in your aura. We then devise together a framework of ideas and techniques for your own daily use moving forward. This is very effective for dealing with everyday anxiety, stress, depression and low mood on a daily basis, over a period of time.
£75 a session
Or a series of 6 sessions for £400 paid in advance.
Theta Healing Sessions
A combination of the practitioner digging for the negative emotions that are affecting you, muscle testing and removing those emotions whilst in a theta brainwave state. Effective at removing the negative emotions, beliefs and perspectives which can affect the way that you move through life.
£75 per hour session
Often finished with a short Reiki treatment to settle the energy.
Teenager Sessions
These Energy Management sessions are also available for teenagers. Over a period of 7 weeks, using my book FREEDOM OF THE SOUL as a workbook, we will look at the anxieties that are affecting them most, and find tools to help them move forward in life with confidence.
£75 per session payable in advance
Psychic Development Sessions
Have you ever wanted to discover more about your psychic abilities? I firmly believe that we all have psychic abilities and that we can all tap into this fascinating amazing wealth of knowledge and information. During these sessions I will assist you in strengthening the natural link you have with Spirit. By practising different techniques and exercises each week you will learn how to open up and close down, how to increase your ability to visualise, how to connect and communicate with your Spirit Guides and much more.

Chakra Health Sessions
Looking at the health of your chakras which are the wheels or vortexes that move your energy around. If one is blocked or not functioning properly, then the energy stagnates, spikes or even breaks. Resetting your chakras to their optimum spin. The result is that you feel balanced, centred and revived.
£75 per hour session

Wellness Consultations
Utilising 23 years corporate experience with 16 years in the spiritual sector, these consultations look at the mental, physical and spiritual balance of staff within businesses. Whether you are a small, medium or large business it is imperative that your staff are happy and working at their optimum. If they feel unappreciated, bullied or hard done by then there will be increased sick leave, friction between the staff and productivity will be affected. Ideas to improve the energy flow and therefore relationships, sees a positive effect on all involved and the business itself.
