As an Energy Therapist I wanted to share with other practitioners the crystals that I use in my sessions, and how they greatly assist clients by enhancing their intention at the beginning of the session, and amplifying the energy field of the client and therefore their connection to it.
Crystals are powerful amplifiers of energy, linking rhythmically to our own unique vibration signature and therefore when clients set their intent, this too is amplified and the signal being sent out heightened. This in my view ensures increased clarity as to the direction of the session and the results obtained.
Crystals will work holistically on all levels of our energy, whether we are aware of this or not, so they will also assist the emotions which are to be released to surface and the client in releasing them.
Crystals are a great additional tool to use, and in no means overshadow the therapeutic work which is carried out in sessions, but enhances and assists the energy to flow within it.
Although I have set out below the documented crystal uses I do believe that these are shifting. As our energies as a race and the energy of Gaia is changing, so is that of crystals. Crystals are the DNA of the earth and a reflection of the energy shift. I have therefore been suggesting recently to clients and students that they focus on tuning into their own intuition when choosing crystals for whatever reason the crystal is needed. Not only does this practise help to fine tune and heighten intuition, but also for the reasons stated above. My crystal list is therefore a guide only, but these crystals have proved very successful to date. However, do use your own intuition and discretion and see where it takes you.
Desert Rose – helps to release all limitations that we place on ourselves.
Selenite – brings clarity of mind and opens the Crown Chakra. Its a very high vibrational crystal which helps to raise our vibration so that higher guidance is easier to obtain.
Fossilised Wood – will help you to feel safe and to connect to Past and Future lives.
Quartz – is the Master Healer helping to amplify, regulate and unblock our energy field. Clear Quartz will work on all layers and aspects of our being, helping to dissolve residual karmic energy.
Opalite – will enhance cosmic consciousness and spotlight our true soul essence.
Prehnite – will enhance visuals and helps to induce a deep meditative or trance state. It helps you to obtain inner wisdom and to know the way forward.
Of course all of these crystals can be brought into the session in an energetic form if you do not have the physical crystals present. Liquid crystals are a great addition to any therapist and can help to infuse the session at any point with the properties of a particular crystal, or to amplify the energy present. It is a great way to assist clients that maybe struggling to follow the energy, or have lost contact with what they are seeing or feeling at any point.
